South Oaks Bath Club and Heathrow Subdivision offer Wi-Fi access (hereafter "Wi-Fi") for the use of residents while at the Subdivision swimming pool. The Wi-Fi system is password protected and encrypted. Residents must review the below rules, agree to follow the rules, and sign the attached Resident Wi-Fi Access Agreement. The terms of usage and passwords may be changed at certain intervals in order to protect the network’s security.

Wi-Fi Access Policies and Terms of Use

*   Must be 18 years or older to use.

*   Wi-Fi is for personal use only and must not be used for any commercial purpose or to host data services for other individuals or groups.

*   Do not share the password with any other residents or guests.

*   Do not use Wi-Fi in a manner that violates any state or federal law or South Oaks Subdivision’s policies.

*   Use of Wi-Fi is controlled by password protection that changes regularly.

*   You are responsible for all activity conducted while your electronic device is logged into Wi-Fi network.

*   You are required to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized, illegal, and/or abusive use by other individuals who might have access to your electronic device.

*   You are prohibited from using Wi-Fi to deceive, or attempt to deceive, other about your identity in electronic communications or other Wi-Fi network traffic.

*   You are prohibited from accessing accounts, files, other devices, and/or other information belonging to other Wi-Fi users or Internet users without their knowledge and express consent.

*   You are prohibited from using your access to Wi-Fi to threaten, intimidate, harass, or defame other individuals or businesses.

*   You must comply with United States copyright and trademark law. Copying, downloading, or electronic transfer of copyrighted materials without the authorization of the copyright owner is against the law and may result in civil and criminal penalties, including fines and imprisonment.

*   In order to use Wi-Fi, you must have proper virus protection to safeguard your devices and the South Oaks Subdivision Wi-Fi network from possible virus and any other means of cyber-attack.

* Wi-Fi’s network capacity is limited. If your Wi-Fi connection uses excess bandwidth, sends disruptive signals, or violates any of the above policies, you will be subject to limitations and/or possible disconnection from the network.

*   Any use or misuse of the Wi-Fi network connection that violates any South Oaks Subdivision policy or rule could result in administrative and/or disciplinary procedures.

*   The Wi-Fi policies and rules are subject to change at any time.

Wi-Fi Access Agreement and Acknowledgment

I have read the South Oaks Bath Club and Heathrow Subdivision Swimming Pool Wi-Fi Access Policies and Terms of Use. I understand and agree to be bound by the Policies and Terms of Use. I further agree that my access may be revoked at any time based on a violation of any of the Policies and terms of use. I also understand that I may be subject to further penalties depending upon the nature and extent of the violation.
