9pm - 10pm Extended Hours

Swim at your own risk Friday and Saturday

Swimming Pool Information...

The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Entrance to the pool requires a pool pass that is issued in early May after the payment of all assessments AND completion of the Heathrow Pool Data Sheet. This sheet must be received by April 15, 2024 in order to receive your pool pass.

2024 Heathrow Wi-Fi

Beginning this season, we will have Wi-Fi available at the pool for residents. In order to get access, please complete the acceptance form: Wi-Fi acceptance

Terms & Conditions

When there is no Lifeguard present:
Swim At Your Own Risk Reminders
All Pool rules remain in place.
Children age 15 and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult age 18 or older and that adult must remain present at all times.
Any audible sound of thunder requires that everyone must exit the pool for 30 minutes.
Every subsequent thunder clap restarts the time for an additional 30 minutes.
Pool gate is to remain closed at all times during open pool hours.
No admission without an authorized access card.
Access Cards are non transferable.
No glass bottles/etc. are allowed in the pool area.
No pets.
Pick up your trash and food as you leave.

Swim at your own risk responsibilities/rules
After the lifeguards have left for the day:
· Store the black trash cans in one of the bathrooms.
· Lock Bathroom and pump room doors if you are the last person leaving the pool area.
· Make sure all umbrellas are lowered.
· Store all cushions/pillows from the conversation area.
· Recover any loose toys from the pool and the pool deck. (place in toy box)
· Pick up any loose trash from the deck.
