Dear Homeowner:

 

As was done in past years, pool identification will be required in order to use the pool facilities during the 2024 pool season.  Each household will receive one pool pass, which must be presented to the lifeguard in order to enter the pool area proper.  You may not loan this pass to anyone, family or friends. The lifeguard will retain the pass until the member(s) leave the pool area.  Please take care of your pass.  Although lost passes can be replaced, there may be a replacement charge.  Upon replacement, any previously issued passes will be voided from the system and unusable.

 

In order to obtain your household pass, each household must be a resident in good standing.  This means that all assessments for both the subdivision and the bath club have been paid in full.  In addition, the following information must be completed and returned to the Pool Committee.  Please note that the pool pass information requested below must be received by April 15, 2024  in order for you to receive your pool pass.  You will be responsible for obtaining your pool pass from the Directors.
